“Rumble is an awesome workout! No boxing experience is necessary. Music is always bumping, trainers are super knowledgeable, and the staff is always so friendly. Would definitely recommend for someone looking for a unique and challenging group fitness experience.”

Joshua says

“This is the best athletic club/gym in the Denver Metro area. Super professional and friendly staff that get to know you personally. They’ve done an exceptional job of reopening after Covid; everything is super clean and the staff is going around cleaning constantly. Remodeled as of 2018, everything is brand new, and you can find every single piece of equipment that you could desire for a full body workout. Plus, amenities like hot tub, steam room, spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and tennis courts on the roof. Hands down, this is the best athletic club that I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing in my life.”

Jessica says

“I LOVE this studio and workout so so much! I’ve been doing group fitness classes across different studios for years now, and Rumble is by far my favorite. The instructors are so fun and friendly and play slamming playlists. Pro tip: if you get tired or lost in the moves, just bop around to the tunes. The staff is also amazing and always in the best of moods. Don’t be intimidated!”

Negative Rumble Boxing Reviews

While the majority of Rumble Boxing reviews are positive, there are a few negative ones as well. Let’s take a look at some common complaints.

Theresa says

“These classes are NOT beginner friendly. I came in 15 min early like recommended through ClassPass to get oriented to the gym. I’ve never used a wrap before so I used the QR code instructions provided at the studio. But it was clear I was having difficulty putting them on since I sat by the desk for 10 min trying to figure it out and neither the front desk or instructor came over to help. As I was still trying to figure out the wraps, the instructor started the class and took a quick 2-3 min to go over the 6 punches. It was hard to follow along since I‘ve never boxed before, her explanations were too quick and I was also still trying to figure out the wraps. I recommend going on their website to review of the punches first, which would’ve been helpful if it was added in the “How to Prepare” section when signing up for this class.”

Marg says

“I really wanted to like this gym, and I did at first, only to realize they care about new customers. Once you sign up, you are invisible and the instructors wouldn’t even say hello BACK. The workouts are good though (that’s why i’m giving two stars instead of 1), if you can get passed the rudeness.. .Also, they make you stand in a little room before the class with all other people you don’t know, it’s quite strange and uncomfortable. I have the pass for another month in this place, but you’d have to drag me there to work out.”

Sue says

“This is a night-club style gym. Not to my taste, but it night be OK for others. The room was quite dark, and I could only stand to be in it for about 5 seconds. The music was deafeningly loud. I didn’t stay for the workout. It hurt my ears too much.

Also, get there early. We were there 15 minutes before 9 a.m. Saturday class and had to park over a block away. It must be impossible in the evenings.”
